European in-service training course
Short Course for Trainers of Operators who lend Technical Advice and Support to Budding Entrepreneurs (Ref. No. IT-2009-478-002)

We invite adult educators as well as operators who lend technical advice and support to budding entrepreneurs to take part in the European in-service training course in Lithuania (5th – 9th October, 2009) or Italy (14th – 18th December, 2009).
The training programme will:
- impart technical knowledge and communication skills to information and support service providers, helpdesk staff and their trainers;
- render participants aware of their social responsibility;
- consist of didactic lectures as well as hands on practical workshop sessions and role play;
- include a cultural activities programme and time for networking;
- will ensure an all round rewarding experience!

Participants can choose between two sessions:

Participants from EU Member States can obtain funding to cover their travel expenses and participation fees under the Lifelong Learning Programme, Grundtivig in-service training grants.
